The Property is a pet friendly community welcoming Dogs &amp; Cats.&nbsp;Pet deposits and fees are required&nbsp;with a maximum pet limit of two (2) animals per Apartment.&nbsp;<br /><br />Breed restrictions are enforced and include the following breeds &amp; mixes: Rottweiler, Pit Bull (AKA American Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, etc.), Doberman, Dalmatian, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, Akitas, or any animal MIXED with any of these breeds. Maximum pet weight of 50lbs.<strong>&nbsp;<br /><br /></strong>A pet addendum will be&nbsp;required with the leasing documents.
